Spider-Man Shattered Dimensions is an action-adventure video game that was released in 2010. It is the sequel to Spider-Man: Web of Shadows, and was developed by Beenox and Terminal Reality, published by Activision. Shattered Dimensions follows four different Spider-Men from various worlds of the Marvel Comics Multiverse: Amazing Spider-Man, Ultimate Spider-Man, 2099 Spider-Man and Noir Spider-Man. The game features both single player mode playing as each character, as well as a multiplayer mode which allows up to four players to play against each other on different teams This post will look into how the game plays out with its combat system and story within each dimension. Each of the four characters will be covered in this overview, as well as the features of the game. Shattered Dimensions starts off with a bang and opens with a boss fight featuring Doc Ock and his flying tentacles that attempt to use cables on Spidey, which can be avoided by running. Spider-Man dodges and goes after Doc Ock. The next scene has Spider-Man equipped with his new suit, mirroring him from another dimension - such as Amazing Spider-Man's Silver Spyder suit or Ultimate Spider-Man's Iron Spider suit. As he stands on a high building overlooking New York City, he fights against the Lizard and Green Goblin who also try to use cables to take him down. The following scenes also feature the two villains: The Lizard and Green Goblin fighting against each other, as well as Doctor Octopus and Electro. After defeating Doc Ock, Spider-Man is then attacked by the Venom Symbiote which attaches itself to him. In a flashback scene, we see that this is how Spidey originally met Venom, where the two were fighting against each other. After going through a portal with Doc Ock, Spidey makes his way up high to where he sees a portal where he senses the Amazing Spider-Man from another dimension - which appears red and purple - flying through it. The Amazing Spider-Man beats a swarm of villains that are after him, including Hammerhead and the Rhino. Spider-Man then battles against Scorpion, Hydro-Man and Toxin. The Amazing Spider-Man makes his way through a bunch of portals where he battles the Beetle, Rhino and Electro. As he finishes up defeating Electro, he then enters an area where he first sees Venom on top of some towers - whom Spidey had fought previously - with Carnage on his tail. As Venom shoots at Spidey who is gliding across the sky, Venom shoots "Bad Guys" which shows more than 8 different minor villains that Spidey has previously fought against throughout the game. After fighting Scorpion for the second time, Spider-Man makes his way up to an area where Carnage is trying to get people to chase him for "experiments." This area is similar to Venom's side of the game, but Carnage does not shoot at Spidey while he glides through his portals. Once he defeats Carnage, he then goes through a portal which has Rhino and Electro. After defeating the pair, Spidey notices that Electro is not working. After defeating Rhino, Electro gets up and tries to attack Spider-Man before running out of his suit, which explains why it does not work. After defeating Rhino and Electro, Venom appears on top of some skyscrapers before frying another one with lasers. cfa1e77820
